ATTENTION: Participants who wish to make their payment on-site are kindly requested to fill out the on-line registration form, before their arrival in Montreux. If you are intending to make your payment on-site (i.e. if you do not wish to give your credit card number on-line), please indicate the mode of payment as "wire transfer" and please enter the word "onsite" in all fields of the form. Please note that ONLY credit card payments will be accepted for on-site registrations. No invitation letter can be sent in the case of on-site payment.

The conference registration covers admission to all technical sessions during the three days indicated, the coffee breaks, the welcome reception, the gala dinner, three lunches (on September 19th, 20th and 21st), the conference CD-ROM, and one volume of the printed proceedings.

There will be four local excursions taking place on Friday, 22 September 2006, to interesting touristic sites near Montreux. The registration fees are listed below. Please consult "local information" link on the conference web-site for more information on the excursions.

For each paper in the conference, at least one author must pre-register either for ESSCIRC or for ESSDERC, at a non-student rate. In case only a student author is attending the conference, he/she is required to register for his/her paper at the full rate (either regular or IEEE member). When registering at the student rate, a legible copy of the student certificate must be faxed to the conference secretariat at the time of registration together with the confirmation page, as proof of the student status.

All payments must be made to the order of ESSCIRC-ESSDERC 2006, in Euro (EUR).

All cancellation and refund requests must be sent to the conference secretariat, either by fax or e-mail, BEFORE August 20th, 2006. Reimbursements will be processed within 30 days after the end of the conference.

Refunds
Before August 20th, 2006: Full refund minus 100 EUR processing fee
After August 20th, 2006: No refund

Registration fees can be remitted by credit card (Only VISA or MASTERCARD), or by bank transfer.



If you are remitting your payment via credit card, your payment will be processed within the next three (3) business days. Once your credit card payment is confirmed, you will receive an automatic e-mail notification indicating that your credit card has been cherged by the stated amount.
Payment must be sent to the following bank account, indicating that the payment is made to the order of ESSCIRC-ESSDERC 2006.

For wire transfers, your registration will be confirmed as soon as the payment is received by the corresponding bank. Please note that your name MUST appear on the wire transfer order. In case one wire transfer is being made to register more than one person, the names of ALL individuals must be listed on the bank transfer order form.

Please note that the conference organization can issue official invitation letters for visa purposes ONLY after your registration and your payment has been confirmed.
